Building A Team

Welcome to this episode of The Money Wheel. 

My name is Don Shade. 

Today I want to talk about building a team.

I point out the obvious that I’m not the smartest guy on the team. 

I’m good at helping people put the businesses together and be able to create income.

A lot of the other stuff I let other people handle. 

Kris is a behind the scenes computer guy; he teaches you tech skills.

Our copywriter does a lot of other things that are behind the scenes that you don’t necessarily see.

One of the things that I always make sure of is when I put somebody on this team and we move forward, it’s so that you, the customer can benefit.

So as you’re building your business and you start to look at your customers or students, or however you like to refer to them, don’t be afraid to put a team of people together to help you expand your funnel of services.

What I wanted to do when I originally started out to build this business, as far as helping people create their own online business, I wanted to have something that was a one-stop shop. 

That no matter what you did online, you could get that service from us.

We can help you to whatever level of success you’re willing to work for. 

And you’re starting to see some of that team come forward.

You’re going to see here in the future, a lot of other team members that I work with from all around the country, that they all do different things.

They’re very focused on what they do. 

The reason I did that is because I’m not good enough to be everything to everybody.

I focus on what I’m good at, and I let other people step up and take the lead to handle the part of the business that they’re good at and it works out great for everybody. 

It’ll do the same thing with your business.
