There’s something else I want to cover here real quick that’s going to make a big difference in your customer experience.

I want you to think about lining yourself up to have lifelong customers.

How do you do that?: With everything you’ve created in the introduction we put together. 

By putting your contact information on every page.

Those are all little things that help build the customer experience, and make it easy for them to reach out to you.

What I want you to think about is: ‘what bonus material am I going to include that my customer knows nothing about?’. 

When they purchase your course, you could throw it in as a free gift or a bonus, as a part of your training.

It should be something that’s going to help them and a surprise when they open it up. 

It could be something that you talk about while building your course, and you could write a small section or record a couple minute video.

What you’re doing here: You’re creating a lifelong memory, so to speak. 

They’re going to have a good feeling about you, because you showed them how to do this for free, and it wasn’t even part of your course. 

It’ll mean so much to them when they get a free bonus that helps them move on to the next step; something they didn’t know was coming. 

It doesn’t have to be anything big. 

But it’s something I want you to think about. 

What I want you to realize is, that when people spend their money with you and they’re looking to learn something, whatever that may be, you want it to be something that they’re going to remember.

Because the next time you’re selling a product that may go hand in hand with the course you’re creating, you’re going to want them to have an interest in buying it.

This is just something I want you to think about.
