Day – to – day Delegation

Hello, my friend and future millionaire.

The last time we covered how you need to increase the amount of times that you’re showing your offer and selling your product, depending on how your business works, because it comes down to doing more income producing activities.

I know what you were thinking by the end of that last email.

You’re thinking to yourself, “Man, I just don’t have any more time; There’s no way I can do all that.”

Well, I’m here to tell you there is a way, and it starts by taking inventory over your home & business life as far as what tasks you perform day-to-day and week-to-week.

The reason for this assessment is to determine what tasks are not millionaire mastery activities and to build a team of people to handle those basic “chores” so you can focus on incoming producing activities.

You may think, “Who can I get to help me do different things around my house (cooking, cleaning, etc) or anything else that I need to handle (errands, chores)?

Here’s the point I’m trying to make: When I coach most people on getting a better handle on their time, most only look at their business, but the main thing you need to look at is what day-to-day activities can you delegation so that you can free up a lot of your time to build more of your business.

Ask yourself:

  • Do I know any kids in the neighborhood that could mow grass?
  • Who would be willing to come and clean the house?
  • Who can take care of laundry?
  • Is there anyone else who could run an errand right now?

I know there’s a lot of people out there that say, “Oh no, I’m not willing to do that; That’s all private stuff and this is my castle.”

Many people don’t want to hand over “control” but here’s what it comes down to … Would you like to make your million dollars a year, or do you want to be cleaning your own house?

It’s up to you to decide, but I’ve found from experience that you will get used to somebody else doing those tasks for you.

It only feels uncomfortable for the first couple of weeks, and then you’ll realize it was worth the money spent to have those chores accomplished while you focused on business.

I hope to hear you say, “I’m glad Don told me this”.

This is just stuff I want you to think about.

In the next email we’ll cover more things to get you on track time-wise so that you’re able to free up your schedule to do more income producing activities.
