Building Your Team

Hello, my friend and future millionaire.

Welcome to this episode of The Money Wheel.

My name is Don Shade.

Now in the last few episodes, we’ve covered a lot of different things.

We covered the fact that, okay, you’re going to make a million dollars and beyond in your working lifetime.

The next thing we covered was the mindset that you need to have moving forward.

Everyone is self-employed.

What I want to cover with you in this episode is I want you to start thinking about what kind of team you’re going to have around you.

I’ve talked about this in several different episodes, having teams of people to help you run your business and do the things that you don’t necessarily like, or you’re not the best at.

And I’ve also even talked to you about having teams in your personal life to handle stuff, to free up your time, to run your business.

How much of that have you put into place?

As we move forward into the second phase of your million dollar roadmap, we’re really getting into the nuts and bolts of things as far as, okay, this is what it’s going to take to seriously build wealth.

You know, I wanted a real estate business and with me having cerebral palsy, it was something most people thought, oh, there’s no way he could ever do that.

Well, and a lot of them were supposedly right. I can’t do it myself, but I can build teams of people to do it.

I know what went on here through several episodes of this podcast.

You hear me talk about this stuff? And you hear me talk about putting teams of people together and buying back some of your time.

And I know what you think, oh, I’m going to do that tomorrow but then a week goes by, and then a month goes by, and the goals that you had set for that month, you didn’t hit because you weren’t using a team and life got in the way.

Well, let me open your eyes to this.

Life is going to get in the way, no matter what I want you to make yourself a promise that you’re going to build your team today, no matter what it takes, we all have stuff in our businesses that we don’t necessarily like to do, or that we’re not good at put other people in that position to handle it.

And the hardest part for a lot of you, you think nobody can do it as well as you.

You have to get over that.

Let these other people come in and lead the way, let them do the things that they’re good at.

One of the things I wanted to focus on on these last couple episodes is I wanted to get the problems out of the way so that we can make a clear shot to your million dollar roadmap.

That’s everything I have for this episode.

We’ll see you next time on The Money Wheel.
