Automate Your Fulfillment

Hello, my friend and future millionaire.

Welcome to this episode of The Money Wheel.

My name is Kris Hutchinson.

Today we’re going to get really technical, because I want to talk about how to automate your fulfillment for the purchase of your course.

This is the step after someone purchases your course online; they’ve given you the credit card information and the payment has been accepted.

What happens next now for the customer?

They should expect to receive two things.

The first is a receipt and the second should be a way to access your course or whatever it is that they purchased.

We want to make sure that we get this automated, because if you sell 50 courses in a day, you don’t want to have to go through and manually send out emails one at a time.

That’s not a good use for your time.

So the way we do it with our system, because we use Ontraport, Ontraport tracks all of our payments.

When it sees that a specific product has been purchased it then automatically creates the password for the user and sends the email out with that information.

The email I had to create has the link that they need to log in.

It has their username and their password automatically prefilled in there.

That’s what the customer should use, or should be expecting to receive.

If you have a different system, say you’re using ClickFunnels, they can make the payment for you.

And then you can do a follow-up email, which then would send them whatever information that they need to access it.

ClickFunnels is nice, because you can have password protected content on there.

So that way again, ClickFunnels would then send out the email with their password and username in order to access all of your content.

Depending on any of the other systems that you have, I don’t have time to go through each individual system, but the different systems should have a way for your customers to receive their login information.

You just need to make sure you check that out and understand exactly how it works.

If you need any help with this, please feel free to reach out and I’ll see what I can do: Kris@moneywheelpodcast.com.
