A Service Business

Hello, my friend and future millionaire. 

Welcome to this episode of The Money Wheel. 

My name is Don Shade. 

In the last episode, we talked about finding your niche and your digital product; whatever it is that you’re interested in.

And we talked about how to research the stuff that you’re interested in, as far as it’s as simple as this: what are some of the products that you bought online, maybe in the last 30 days? 

Let’s look at this a different way with some of these thoughts:

‘What if you’re somebody that has a service business and you’re thinking to yourself, ‘how is the internet going to benefit me?’.

‘What is it that I’m able to do, to be able to sell my product online?’ 

‘I offer a service, I’m the main part of the business, without me it doesn’t go’. 

Let me show you how to look at that: What if we put together your course for you?

You would be able to show people how to do exactly what you do. 

They would be able to watch your training videos and learn how to do the service that you’ve done for them.

The only difference is, you’re not there. 

Now, I know the first thing you’re thinking, and I’m guilty of this myself: ‘well, why would I do that?’. 

‘And then somebody’s going to copy it and they’re going to have my business and they’re going to get all my profit’.

Well, I’ll tell ya, I don’t feel that that necessarily happens. 

I think the Internet’s big enough that you don’t have to worry about that type of thing. 

But what it comes down to is: how much bigger could your business be?

What if we recorded the service that you offer in training videos, over-the-shoulder videos, where you’re actually showing maybe Facebook ads or whatever it is that you do, and sell that for so much money? 

Maybe $497 or $997, whatever you feel it’s worth. 

How much money do you charge by the hour when you take on a client? 

What would that be worth start to finish? 

Maybe you charge $1,500 for whatever it is you do. 

We’ll put together your digital training and we’ll sell your package at $1497 online.

You do it once and get paid for it over and over. 

So it doesn’t matter how many customers you’ve taken on.

And the reason I wanted to point this out, I know there’s a lot of you out there that have a service business, and you’re trying to figure out: ‘how can I get my current business to work for me online?’.
